Course Overview: Confidence does not require having every future step already decided. It grows through self-awareness, realistic thinking, positive habits, and the ability to respond constructively when plans change or setbacks occur.
Learners examine identity, pressure, self-talk, resilience, motivation, decision confidence, and future-ready habits so they can approach their next stage with greater independence and a balanced belief in their capacity to grow.
